A few simple rules for a relaxed stay
Small courtesies for your comfort and that of the neighbours.
- Please respect the neighbourhood and quiet hours: avoid disruptive noise, especially in the evening and at night.
- The pool is shared and seasonal, with approximate hours of 09:00–21:00: please use it considerately towards the other guests of the property.
- Pets, smoking and events or parties: to be confirmed at the time of booking.
- The apartment is all on one floor, with no stairs: practical, comfortable and accessible.

How does check-in work?

What is the internet connection like?
Ultra-fast 100 Mbps WiFi throughout the apartment, plus an Ethernet/LAN cable: perfect for remote working and streaming.
Is there a pool?
Yes, a shared outdoor pool within the property, seasonal, with approximate hours of 09:00–21:00.
Is parking available?
Yes, free on-street parking right next to the apartment, at no extra cost.
How far is it from the sea and the beaches?
The little harbour of Los Abrigos is just a short walk away; the beaches of Playa La Tejita and El Médano are only a few minutes away.
Is it suitable for families?
Yes: the apartment is all on one floor (no stairs), it is family-friendly and has a cot for little ones.
How do I get to Aloha Home?
Tenerife South airport (TFS) is about 10 minutes away. To explore the south of the island freely, we recommend a rental car.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay and availability are managed directly through the booking system: you can see them when choosing your dates.
How does cancellation work?
The cancellation terms are shown transparently during booking, before you confirm.
