Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern the booking and use of the Aloha Home accommodation and of the services offered through this website. By making a booking, the guest declares that they have read and accepted them.

Bookings, availability checks and payments are handled through the Smoobu platform and its secure payment systems. The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation and payment in the manner indicated during the booking process.

Prices are expressed in euros and include what is specified in the booking summary. Any additional costs, such as cleaning or tourist tax where applicable, are shown before confirmation.

Check-in is self check-in via a numeric keypad; arrival and departure times are communicated in the booking confirmation. Arrivals or departures outside the set times must be agreed in advance and may not be guaranteed.

Cancellations and changes are governed by the cancellation policy indicated at the time of booking on the platform. We invite you to check the specific conditions applicable to your rate before confirming.

Any refunds are issued in accordance with the terms of the applicable policy and the technical processing times of the payment system.

During the stay the guest agrees to:

• Use the accommodation with care and respect the neighbourhood, avoiding disruptive noise, particularly during night-time hours.
• Respect the maximum number of guests indicated in the booking.
• Not organise parties or events without authorisation.
• Promptly report any damage or malfunction.

The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation and its furnishings during the stay.

Aloha Home is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control, nor for harm to persons or property arising from improper use of the accommodation or the common areas. The external services and activities mentioned on the site are provided by third parties, whom the guest contacts directly.

The accommodation is offered as a holiday home in compliance with the tourism regulations of the Canary Islands. The tourist registration number (VV) will be provided in the final version once confirmed.

Any complaints can be sent to info [at] alohahome.es; we undertake to respond as soon as possible in order to find a solution.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the place where the accommodation is located (Santa Cruz de Tenerife), without prejudice to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
